We have tried to balance both opportunities to ensure that the tens of thousands of people who come to the event are aware of our sponsors while giving you the chance to become part of and enjoy the event with your team. Banners: Banner size is limited to 3′ by 6′ due to size constraints on the reviewing stand. However if you wish to walk in the parade with a different banner size is no matter. If you do not have a banner for display we will gladly assist you in producing and obtaining one.
For your banner to be displayed at the Grand Marshal Introduction you need to have signed up as a sponsor by February 12th.
Press releases: We have several opportunities during the process to communicate with the press about our events and will gladly include your name as part of it. We also will be mentioning our sponsors through our social media channels leading up to the events.
Join us on the Reviewing Stand: 2 members/designees of your organization may join us on the reviewing stand for one of the best views of the entire parade. We look forward to enjoying the parade with you.
Lead a Band: Members of your organization are encouraged to join the parade and lead one of the many talented bands down Main St. while carrying a banner to represent your group. It is a lot of fun and we encourage you to make it a team building exercise.
Parade Day Announcements: Our announcers will ensure that your sponsorship is recognized many times during the parade to ensure maximum impact with the audience.
Web-site Recognition: Ensure that your sponsorship is not soon forgotten. Web-site listing includes a brief description /offer of your organization or company with a link to your website; any graphics or logo needs to be provided in JPEG or similar format. Please view Our Current Sponsors for examples.
Full Page Ad: Your organization will be entitled to a full page ad in our program guide which is distributed along the parade route to adults attending the parade. Gold, Silver and Shamrock Sponsors will have their ad included in the full color section of the guide for maximum impact.
